- I do offer DIGITAL DELIVERY for some items for instant gratification!
- Digital Items will be delivered in 1 business day or less after your payment has cleared.
- PHYSICALLY SHIPPED items will be sent out within 2 business days after payment has cleared.
- If you would like a different shipping method that that being offered please contact me I am flexible to meet your needs!
- I am happy to ship worldwide! If you do not see shipping rates to you location or would like a faster means of shipping other than what is listed, please email me and I would be happy to give you a estimate for you area.
- I offer $0.50 combined shipping on most items depending on the weight of the shipment and the particular auctions details. Combined shipping is calculated from the item with the greatest shipping cost first.
- PLEASE CONTACT ME if you would like combined shipping as I ship same or next business day. Once an order has been shipped I cannot combine a shipment. Shipping rates do increase if order go over 250g, 500g and 1kg to cover what my auctal costs are.
- Returns & Replacements
- Except for SINGLE USE Items...if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within (7) days and I will happily refund your purchase price (less any shipping costs) or exchange for an item of same value. Refunds will only be given for the purchase price of the item(s) being returned once I have received the returned item.
- No refunds will be given for shipping & handling unless the return is due to a mistake on my part. Paypal payments will be refunded to your Paypal account. Return postage/insurance is the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.Returned items must be in original condition (unopened, undamaged, unused, etc.)
- PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ITEM WITHOUT RECEIVING WRITTEN CONFIRMATION FROM ME FIRST!!! Buyer must FIRST contact me via email to obtain written confirmation for return!
